It's time to celebrate!
The second season of our Emmy Award-winning preschool series KABAM! will open the 40th edition of Cinekid Festival this year!
Following a successful first season, KABAM! returns with new episodes full of relatable fears and imagination. With energy and humor, the children in Mr. Mo's classroom tackle their problems head on. The series shows that everyone feels scared from time to time and playfully demonstrates that luckily there is often a solution at hand. With a little imagination, anything is possible!
The premiere will take place on Wednesday, October 7th, 2026, during the festival's anniversary edition. Tickets will be available through the Cinekid website starting Monday, August 17th.
The second season of KABAM! is once again directed by Elisabeth Hesemans and written by Floor Paul and Lilian Sijbesma.
KABAM! 2 is a co-production between IJswater Films, KRO-NCRV, De Mensen and Ketnet VRT. The project was made possible with the support of the NPO Fund, the Flemish Audiovisual Fund (VAF), NPO Zapp and the Belgian Tax Shelter.
