Mara (30) is blind. All her life she fully controlled her handicap. She has turned the fact that she is unable to see into an advantage. Because she can’t see and totally concentrates on her other senses (hearing and feeling), she finds out things about people that ‘seeing people’ overlook. For Mara, unlike to ‘seeing people’, the ‘seeing’ of someone’s face is not the start of familiarisation, but the closing part: the moment where all the pieces of the puzzle come together.
