Olivetti 82

DIRECTOR / RUDI VAN DEN BOSSCHE

Antwerp, early ’80’s, Christmas Eve. A man is questioned by the police. We hardly know anything about this man. We even don’t know why this man is being questioned. Because the suspect refuses to talk, he has been given a typewriter, an Olivetti 82. In that way he maybe can get it off his chest, after all the man is a writer. Little by little he tells his life story. It starts after the second World War and turned out to be a search for love and security.

OLIVETTI 82 digs in the past of the common man. Slowly we become part off his tragic life and his past.
