When reserved municipal official Herbert (40) is finally evicted from his parental home by his mother, he encounters a disheartening housing market. After several frantic attempts, he is accepted, by mistake, into a student house, where the vibrant and chaotic student life turns not only his world, but also that of the students, permanently upside down.
