Bridging the Gap

Full of ambitions, Daniel Knoop leaves for Africa to fight poverty in a sustainable way. In Cameroon, Daniel is confronted with the rules and bureaucracy of the international community and the omnipresent corruption. For his African environment he has to keep his sexual preference a secret; homosexual practice is punishable here. When his boyfriend in Holland breaks up with him, he plunges into his work and this new world full of contradictions.
